How to Update Name and Profile Picture
Your name and profile picture are the first things your customers see when interacting with you on the ProProfs help desk. They can help you build trust and rapport with your customers and make you feel more comfortable and confident while providing support. Additionally, it will help you quickly identify who is handling which ticket at a glance.

To update your name & profile picture:
1. Go to "My Account by clicking the user profile icon on the top-right corner of your ProProfs Help Desk account.
2. In the "Name" field, enter your new name.
3. To change your profile picture, click the "Change Avatar" icon.
4. In the pop-up window, select a pre-existing avatar or upload your own. Click "Save."
