How to Bookmark a Help Desk Ticket

 

With ProProfs Help Desk, you can now bookmark tickets. Bookmarking a ticket serves a simple purpose: some tickets are more important than others because they provide insight into a product or feature. The Bookmarks feature allows you to filter these important tickets with just one click.

Here's what bookmarked tickets will look like:

A bookmarked ticket can also be viewed in the regular inbox. Bookmarking creates a copy of the ticket that is reflected in both the main inbox and the bookmarks inbox. Tickets in the bookmarks inbox can be further organized in a similar manner to the main inbox.

 

Here's how you can bookmark a ticket:

 

1. To bookmark a ticket in the ProProfs Help Desk, go to your Inbox and click on the star icon next to the ticket you want to bookmark.

2. You can view all your bookmarked tickets by selecting the More option in the dropdown on the left panel.
