How to Update Your Name, Profile Picture & Password

 

Your name, profile picture, and password are important parts of your ProProfs Help Desk account. Your name and profile picture help customers identify and connect with you, while a strong password helps protect your account and customer data from unauthorized access.

 

Here's what the agent's user name and profile picture will look like on the tickets page:

To Update Your Name & Profile Picture:

 

1. Go to "My Account by clicking on the user profile icon in the top-right corner of your ProProfs Help Desk account.

 

2. In the "Name" field, enter your new name.

3. To change your profile picture, click the "Change Avatar" icon. 

 

You can change your profile picture by clicking the Change Avatar icon.

 

4. In the pop-up window, select a pre-existing avatar or upload your own. Click "Save."

To Change Your Help Desk Password

 

Step 1: Click the profile icon on the top-right of your ProProfs Help Desk dashboard and select "My Account."

Step 2: Locate the "Change Password" button just below your email address. Click on it to open the "Change Password" dialog.

Step 2: Enter your "Old Password" and "New Password." Re-type the new password in the "Re-type" field. Click "Save" to change your password.

You will receive a password change confirmation.
