To access the ticket summary:

 

  1. Access the Reports Section:

    • Navigate to the Reports section from the dashboard.

      Go to Reports in your Help Desk account
       
  2. View Ticket Summary:

    • Choose the "Company & Contacts" report option.

      Navigate to Company & Contacts section
       
  3. Analyze the Report

    • Check the graph to get an overview of the number of tickets from contacts. You can filter the data based on companies and contacts. Additionally, you can view data from your preferred date range.

    • Analyze the tabular data comprising contact data, subject line, associated inbox, assignee, date, and the "View" button to access the specific ticket directly.

  4. Download Report:

    • Click the Download icon to save a copy on your local storage for further analysis.
